Early Career Engineering Assistant – Petroleum

About the role

We are looking for motivated petroleum‑related graduates to join our technical team through the 2026–2027 Campus Recruitment Program. The role provides hands‑on experience on oil and gas project sites, supporting engineers in documentation, daily tasks, and field operations.

Key responsibilities

• Assist engineers in organizing, distributing, maintaining and archiving technical documents and records.
• Support routine technical tasks, project coordination and communication among engineers, project teams and relevant departments.
• Collect and document faults encountered during production and construction, and work with engineers to analyse causes and implement corrective measures.
• Participate in practical engineering activities on‑site, ensuring safe and efficient execution of field operations.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Petroleum Engineering or a related discipline, graduating in 2026 or expected in 2027.
• Physically fit and able to work outdoors for extended periods in Middle‑East climatic conditions.
• Hard‑working, detail‑oriented, responsible and practical with a strong commitment to tasks.
• Good communication and collaboration skills, able to work effectively with engineers and project teams.
• Emotional resilience and adaptability to manage work‑related pressure and field‑based conditions.
