About the role

The American Creativity Academy is seeking enthusiastic Elementary and KG2 teachers to join its international community for the 2026‑2027 academic year. This full‑time, on‑site position offers the chance to deliver the American curriculum in a supportive, multicultural environment in Kuwait.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver engaging, age‑appropriate instruction aligned with the American curriculum.
• Foster a positive, inclusive, and supportive classroom atmosphere.
• Differentiate instruction to meet diverse student needs, abilities, and interests.
• Support students’ academic, social, and emotional development.
• Maintain accurate records of student progress and performance.
• Communicate effectively with parents and participate in parent conferences.
• Collaborate with colleagues on curriculum planning and school initiatives.
• Contribute to extracurricular activities and school events.
• Supervise students during class, recess, and school activities.
• Participate in professional development, staff meetings, and school committees.
