Elevator Maintenance Engineer

About the role

The Elevator Maintenance Engineer will lead preventive and corrective maintenance activities for elevators, ensuring safe operation, high performance, and customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and implement preventive and scheduled maintenance plans.
• Diagnose electrical, mechanical, and electronic faults and determine appropriate solutions.
• Supervise repair and maintenance work, assign daily tasks to technicians, and monitor timely completion.
• Lead the maintenance team, evaluate performance, identify training needs, and ensure compliance with safety procedures.
• Respond to emergency calls, conduct site visits, and prepare maintenance, breakdown, and technical visit reports.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or Mechatronics Engineering.
• Practical experience in elevator maintenance, fault diagnosis, and supervising technicians.
• Strong leadership, organisational, and problem‑solving abilities.
• Ability to work under pressure, handle emergency situations, and hold a valid driving licence.

• Elevator control systems knowledge.
• Electrical and mechanical component expertise.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and report preparation.
