ELV Sales Engineer & Planning Engineer (Kuwait) – Urgent Hiring

About the role

We are seeking experienced ELV Sales Engineers and Planning Engineers to join our team in Kuwait. The ELV Sales Engineers will drive business development in low‑voltage, security, IT and AV sectors, while the Planning Engineers will support construction project scheduling and progress monitoring.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities in ELV, security, IT and AV markets.
• Prepare and submit technical and commercial proposals, quotations and tenders.
• Maintain strong relationships with consultants, contractors and end‑users.
• Coordinate with suppliers and internal teams to ensure successful project execution.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities.
• Assist senior planning engineer in creating and updating project schedules.
• Track site progress and generate daily, weekly and monthly progress reports.
• Organise and attend project meetings, ensuring continuous coordination with construction teams.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related discipline for sales role; Bachelor’s degree in Engineering for planning role.
• 3–6 years of experience in ELV, security systems, IT, AV or related industries (sales role).
• 3–5 years of experience as a planning/scheduling engineer in a construction environment.
• Proven ability to work with consultants, contractors and end‑users.
• Valid Kuwait driving license preferred for sales role.
