English Preparatory Program Instructor

About the role

The university is seeking full‑time instructors for its English Preparatory Program starting Fall 2026. You will join a diverse, international faculty and contribute to the academic success of students preparing for higher‑education studies.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and deliver English language courses, including lectures, activities, quizzes, assessments and exams.
• Develop teaching materials and continuously improve subject competence.
• Mentor, monitor and evaluate students’ academic progress and guide project work.
• Participate actively in departmental and university meetings, committees and strategic initiatives.
• Support university‑wide activities with leadership, accountability and collegiality.
• Undertake any additional duties assigned by the Head of Department.

Required profile

• Master’s degree in TESOL, Linguistics, English Literature or a related field from an internationally accredited university.
• Preferred ESL teaching certification such as CELTA, DELTA, TESOL or TEFL.
• Demonstrable oral and written English proficiency.
• Ability to thrive in a diverse, interdisciplinary and fast‑paced environment.
• Strong commitment to teaching excellence.
