About the role
We are recruiting an English Teacher for a well‑established British school in Kuwait. The school follows the National Curriculum of England, holds full BSO accreditation, and prides itself on a supportive, collaborative environment.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver engaging English lessons to secondary students in line with the British curriculum.
- Plan, prepare and assess coursework, examinations and projects.
- Contribute to the school’s CPD programmes and mentorship initiatives.
- Participate in staff meetings, parent evenings and extracurricular activities.
Required profile
- Holder of a Bachelor’s degree and a PGCE or QTS from the UK or Ireland.
- Experience teaching English at secondary level within the British curriculum, either in the UK/Ireland or an accredited international school.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Early‑career teachers are welcome to complete their induction in this accredited setting.
Required skills
- Proficiency in delivering the English National Curriculum.
- Ability to design lesson plans and assessment tools.
