Events Manager – Experiential Events

About the role

The client is looking for an experienced Events Manager to lead experiential and live‑entertainment programmes at a dynamic lifestyle destination in Kuwait. The role involves creating memorable guest experiences, managing talent and overseeing every stage of event delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and execute a diverse calendar of public events, corporate functions and brand activations.
• Source, negotiate and manage local and international entertainment talent.
• Oversee all phases of event delivery, from setup through execution to breakdown.
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure seamless operations.
• Manage external partners, suppliers and entertainment agencies.
• Secure all required permits and approvals.
• Control budgets while delivering exceptional guest experiences.
• Introduce fresh entertainment concepts that encourage repeat visitation.

Required profile

• 4–7+ years of experience in experiential events, entertainment, hospitality or lifestyle sectors.
• Proven track record of delivering large‑scale events, live entertainment and immersive activations.
• Experience in destination venues, seasonal attractions or high‑volume guest environments is preferred.
• Strong understanding of food‑and‑beverage‑led experiences and customer engagement.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast‑paced environment.
