About the role
We are seeking an experienced Paratha Chef to join our authentic Pakistani restaurant in Salmiya, Kuwait. You will prepare traditional Pakistani breakfast items, focusing on fresh, crispy, and layered parathas.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare fresh dough, fillings, and roll/stretch parathas to high culinary standards.
- Cook parathas efficiently on the tawa to achieve perfect texture and crispiness during peak breakfast hours.
- Maintain a clean, sanitary, and organized workstation in compliance with food safety standards.
- Assist with breakfast prep work and manage ingredients efficiently to minimize waste.
Required profile
- Proven professional experience as a paratha maker or breakfast chef in a Pakistani/South Asian restaurant.
- Must currently reside in Kuwait.
- Must hold a valid Article 18 transferable visa.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast‑paced kitchen environment during busy morning shifts.
