About the role
We are seeking a proactive and organized Facility Coordinator to support day‑to‑day operations and maintenance of company facilities. The role involves close coordination with internal teams, service providers, and site personnel to ensure smooth facility operations.
Key responsibilities
- Coordinate daily facility operations and maintenance activities.
- Liaise with vendors, contractors, and service providers.
- Monitor housekeeping, maintenance, and safety standards.
- Support inspections, repairs, and preventive maintenance schedules.
- Handle facility‑related requests and follow up until closure.
- Maintain records, reports, and documentation related to facilities.
- Support ad‑hoc operational requirements as needed.
Required profile
- Valid Kuwait driving license (mandatory).
- Transferable Visa (Article 18).
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work independently.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications.
- Knowledge of basic maintenance and facility operations is an advantage.
