Female Fitness Instructor

About the role
We are looking for a motivated Female Fitness Instructor to join our women‑only gym. The role involves delivering personalized training and group classes, helping members achieve their health goals in a supportive environment.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct fitness assessments and design individualized training programs.
- Lead personal training sessions and group fitness classes.
- Motivate and support members throughout their fitness journey.
- Ensure safe and correct use of gym equipment while keeping the training area clean and organized.
- Provide exceptional customer service and professional fitness guidance to build strong member relationships.
Required profile
- Certified Fitness Instructor or Personal Trainer (internationally recognized certification preferred).
- Previous experience working in a fitness centre or gym.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Energetic, professional and customer‑focused attitude.
- CPR/First Aid certification is an advantage.
