Finance Manager – Salon & Spa Group

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Finance Manager to lead the financial operations of a fast‑growing salon and spa group in Kuwait. The role combines strategic financial planning with day‑to‑day accounting oversight across multiple locations.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and manage all accounting and finance functions.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements.
• Develop budgets, forecasts and management reports.
• Monitor cash flow, profitability and overall financial performance.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations and company policies.
• Oversee payroll processing, staff commissions and vendor payments.
• Manage accounts payable, accounts receivable and bank reconciliations.
• Analyse financial data and provide strategic recommendations to support business growth.
• Coordinate with auditors, banks and government authorities as required.
• Improve financial controls and operational efficiency across all salon and spa branches.

Required profile

• Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field (CPA, CMA or ACCA is a plus).
• Minimum 10 years of finance/accounting experience, including at least 5 years in a managerial role.
• Previous experience in the salon, spa, beauty, hospitality or retail industry is highly advantageous.
• Strong leadership, analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Proficiency in Arabic is required.
