Floor Supervisor – Food & Beverage

About the role

The Floor Supervisor will lead both Front‑of‑House (FOH) and Back‑of‑House (BOH) teams in a chocolate bar environment, ensuring consistent food quality, service standards and a clean, welcoming atmosphere for guests.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise daily FOH and BOH operations, ensuring adherence to service, presentation and hygiene standards.
• Complete opening, closing and transition checklists accurately and record all procedures.
• Maintain high customer satisfaction by promoting excellent service and handling complaints professionally.
• Analyse staff evaluations and feedback to continuously improve the guest experience.
• Monitor staff schedules, ensuring appropriate staffing levels for each shift.
• Enforce safety, sanitation and food‑handling practices across all workstations.
• Identify opportunities to reduce waste and control operational costs.
• Support the Floor and Branch Managers in achieving operational goals.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 + years experience in a supervisory role within food & beverage or hospitality.
• Strong supervisory and team‑leadership abilities.
• Presentable appearance, good personal hygiene and adherence to dress code.
• Enthusiasm for food and beverage sales and a customer‑focused mindset.
