About the role

The Foreman – Heavy Equipment will lead daily operations of heavy machinery, ensuring safety, efficiency, and optimal resource use across projects.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily heavy equipment operations, maintaining safety standards and productivity.
• Coordinate equipment scheduling with project managers to minimize downtime.
• Conduct regular inspections and maintenance planning to prevent accidents.
• Train and mentor junior staff on equipment use and safety protocols.
• Prepare reports on usage, maintenance, and incidents for strategic decisions.
• Assist in procurement and evaluate equipment options against budget constraints.
• Collaborate with accounting to manage equipment budgets and expenditures.
• Lead safety meetings and implement best practices to improve efficiency and reduce costs.

Required profile

• Strong leadership and communication abilities in English and Arabic.
• Analytical mindset for assessing equipment performance and budgeting.
• Experience mentoring and developing junior personnel.
