Front Desk Receptionist & Sales Officer

About the role

The Front Desk Receptionist & Sales Officer will be the first point of contact for members and visitors at SPARK Athletic Center. You will combine excellent customer service with proactive sales activities to grow and retain the centre’s membership base.

Key responsibilities

• Promote and sell membership packages, renewals, upgrades and ancillary services such as personal training, nutrition programs and sports merchandise.
• Maintain accurate customer records in the centre’s CRM and sales systems.
• Execute referral programmes, up‑selling and cross‑selling on a daily basis.
• Conduct monthly courtesy calls to new members to encourage regular usage.
• Answer phone calls professionally and handle member inquiries and issues with empathy.
• Prospect and acquire leads through calls, texts, emails and face‑to‑face interactions.
• Welcome visitors, provide facility tours and ensure a positive first impression.
• Carry out administrative tasks including licence renewals and documentation as required.
