Front Desk Receptionist & Sales Officer

About the role

We are looking for a friendly Front Desk Receptionist & Sales Officer to join our SPARK Athletic Center. You will be the first point of contact for members and visitors, promoting membership packages and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Promote and sell membership packages, renewals, upgrades, and additional services such as personal training, nutrition programs, and sports merchandise.
• Maintain accurate customer records in the company’s CRM and sales systems.
• Conduct courtesy calls to new members monthly to build relationships and encourage facility usage.
• Answer phone calls professionally and handle inquiries, walk‑ins, and tours of the facility.
• Achieve daily sales targets and execute referral, up‑selling, and cross‑selling initiatives.
• Perform administrative tasks including license renewals and documentation as required.

Required profile

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong customer‑service orientation with a sales mindset.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast‑paced environment.
• Attention to detail for data entry and record‑keeping.

Required skills
