FRP Technician – 2-Year Contract in Kuwait

About the role

The FRP Technician will join a manufacturing team in Kuwait on a two‑year fixed‑term contract. You will work with fiberglass and composite materials to produce and repair FRP components, ensuring high quality and safety standards.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare molds and lay up fiberglass materials according to engineering specifications.
• Apply resin and successive fiberglass layers, monitor cure times, and perform quality checks.
• Repair damaged FRP products and components, restoring structural integrity.
• Sand, trim, and finish completed parts to meet finish standards.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment, adhering to all safety procedures.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of hands‑on experience with fiberglass and composite materials.
• Demonstrated knowledge of FRP fabrication techniques.
• Ability to read and follow technical drawings and specifications.
• Valid passport, certificate of good conduct, and relevant education certificates.
• Willingness to cover personal visa processing and travel costs.
