About the role

We are looking for a dedicated General Maintenance Technician to keep our facilities in top condition. You will support a busy accounting firm by ensuring all building systems operate safely and efficiently.

Key responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance on HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems, adhering to safety standards.
• Conduct regular inspections, diagnose issues early, and resolve problems before they affect operations.
• Respond promptly to staff maintenance requests, prioritising tasks to minimise disruption.
• Maintain accurate records of repairs, inspections, and compliance activities.
• Coordinate with external contractors for specialised work, ensuring quality and timeliness.
• Assist with the installation and integration of new equipment and systems.
• Participate in safety training and uphold all safety protocols.
• Develop and follow preventive maintenance schedules to extend equipment lifespan.
