Group Exercise Instructor

About the role

We are seeking an energetic and experienced Group Exercise Instructor to lead dynamic fitness classes and provide one‑to‑one personal training in our state‑of‑the‑art facility. The role combines group coaching, client service and safety responsibilities.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain the highest coaching standards as defined in the company Coaches Manual.
• Deliver a minimum of three (up to four) group fitness classes per day.
• Conduct individual personal‑training sessions and design tailored programs.
• Ensure a clean, safe, and well‑organized workout environment.
• Demonstrate correct exercise techniques, offer alternatives for different fitness levels, and monitor participants to minimise injury.
• Track trainee progress and adjust programs as needed.
• Enforce safety rules and proper use of equipment.

Required profile

• At least 3 years of experience as a group fitness class coach and personal trainer.
• Recognised certification such as ACE, NASM, ACSM or CrossFit Level 1.
• Current CPR and First‑Aid certification (or willingness to obtain).
• Strong knowledge of group‑fitness instruction and personal‑training principles.
• Excellent communication skills to motivate and educate clients.
• Professional, punctual, and team‑oriented attitude with a commitment to continuous improvement.

• Competitive basic salary of 500 KWD for 90 classes per month (guaranteed during low season or holidays).
