Head Figure Skating Coach

About the role

The Head Figure Skating Coach will lead TAS Entertainment’s figure skating program in Kuwait City, designing and delivering training for skaters of all ages and skill levels. This full‑time, on‑site position combines coaching, choreography, and program management to support both recreational participants and competitive athletes.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement structured training plans for beginner, intermediate and advanced skaters.
• Conduct on‑ice and off‑ice coaching sessions, ensuring safety and progression.
• Create individual and group choreography for shows, exhibitions and competitions.
• Mentor and supervise assistant coaches, coordinating schedules and performance reviews.
• Communicate regularly with skaters, families and management to align program goals.
• Prepare athletes for performances, competitions and public events.

Required profile

• Proven competitive or professional experience in figure skating.
• Demonstrated ability to design training programs for diverse age groups.
• Strong choreography skills for solo and group routines.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Commitment to a safe, inclusive learning environment.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends and event schedules.
