About the role
Diet Station, Kuwait’s leading meal‑subscription brand, is seeking a results‑driven Head of Marketing to accelerate subscription growth across the GCC and beyond. You will own the full marketing spectrum, from brand positioning to performance‑driven acquisition, and build a high‑impact team.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and execute bold, data‑backed campaigns that convert attention into subscriptions.
- Lead all marketing channels including brand, social, performance, offers, content, and customer acquisition.
- Collaborate with agencies, designers, sales, operations, and customer service to ensure cohesive market positioning.
- Recruit, mentor, and scale a dedicated marketing team as the business expands.
- Monitor market trends in the GCC/Kuwait region and adapt strategies quickly.
Required profile
- Proven track record of delivering measurable marketing results, especially sales‑driven campaigns.
- Creative, non‑traditional thinker comfortable with rapid testing and fast decision‑making.
- Strong understanding of social media dynamics, performance marketing, and customer behavior in the GCC market.
- Leadership experience with the ability to hire, motivate, and scale a team.
- Degree not required; emphasis is on experience, execution mindset, and outcomes.
