Social Media Marketing Specialist

About the role

TWENTYEIGHT Marketing & Advertising Co. is looking for a Social Media Marketing Specialist to own the day‑to‑day social presence of the agency and its client brands. Working directly with the founder, you will plan, create, publish and grow content on Instagram, TikTok and LinkedIn while operating in a remote‑first environment with scheduled office days in Sharq.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain content calendars for multiple brands.
• Shoot and edit short‑form video using an iPhone and tools such as CapCut or native editors.
• Write engaging captions in Kuwaiti dialect and English.
• Manage community interactions, including comments and direct messages.
• Track performance metrics and refine content strategy based on analytics.
• Coordinate with the founder and outsource advanced photo/video production when needed.

Required profile

• Fluent in Kuwaiti Arabic and professional English (written Modern Standard Arabic a plus).
• Hands‑on experience creating brand content on Instagram and TikTok.
• Ability to shoot and edit short‑form video on an iPhone.
• Strong organizational and time‑management skills across multiple brands.
• Valid Kuwait driving licence and current residency in Kuwait.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Media or equivalent practical experience.
• Prior experience in a creative agency or content‑driven environment is a plus.
