Health & Safety Officer (HSE) – Kuwait

About the role

We are seeking a proactive Health & Safety Officer to ensure a safe, compliant, and healthy work environment across our operations in Kuwait. The role involves developing policies, conducting inspections, and fostering a strong safety culture.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and monitor Health & Safety policies and procedures.
• Ensure compliance with local regulations and company HSE standards.
• Conduct workplace inspections, risk assessments, and safety audits.
• Deliver HSE training and awareness programs such as fire safety, first aid, PPE, and emergency evacuation.
• Investigate incidents and recommend preventive actions.
• Monitor and maintain safety equipment and emergency preparedness systems.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance workplace safety culture.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Health & Safety or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant HSE experience.
• Professional certification in Occupational Health & Safety (preferred).
• Strong knowledge of workplace safety regulations and risk management.
• Fluent English communication skills.
