About the role

The Heart of House Specialist supports essential hotel operations by maintaining cleanliness across multiple departments such as kitchen, food & beverage, and laundry. This full‑time position ensures guests enjoy spotless dining ware and fresh linen while upholding safety and quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Clean and prepare linen and dining ware for guest use.
• Operate and maintain cleaning equipment including dishwashing machines, hand‑wash stations, and linen washers and dryers.
• Transport dishware and linens throughout the hotel.
• Follow company policies, safety procedures, and quality standards.
• Report accidents, injuries, or unsafe conditions to management.
• Perform physical tasks such as moving objects up to 50 lb, standing for extended periods, and reaching overhead or below the knees.

Required profile

• No high school diploma or GED required.
• No prior related work experience required.
• Ability to lift, carry, push, pull, and place items weighing up to 50 lb without assistance.
• Capability to stand, sit, or walk for long periods and perform repetitive motions.
• Willingness to follow safety guidelines and maintain a professional appearance.
