Staff Housing Attendant

About the role

The Four Seasons hotel in Kuwait City is seeking a Staff Housing Attendant to ensure that employee accommodation is clean, safe, and welcoming. You will play a key part in maintaining the high standards expected at a Forbes Five‑Star property.

Key responsibilities

• Clean and maintain staff accommodation rooms, corridors, and common areas in line with Four Seasons standards.
• Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards promptly.
• Assist with room inspections before new employee arrivals and after departures.
• Replenish room and common‑area amenities as needed.
• Support laundry, waste disposal, and other cleaning duties.
• Ensure a safe, hygienic, and pleasant living environment for all residents.

Required profile

• Previous housekeeping or cleaning experience, preferably in hospitality or staff accommodation.
• Good communication skills in English.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
• Positive attitude, reliability, and commitment to high standards.
