Heart of House Specialist

About the role

The Heart of House Specialist supports essential hotel operations by maintaining cleanliness across multiple departments such as kitchen, food and beverage, and laundry. Working in a fast‑paced environment, you will ensure guests enjoy spotless dining ware, fresh linens and well‑maintained facilities.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and clean linen, dining ware, and other hotel items to high quality standards.
• Operate and maintain cleaning equipment including dishwashers, hand‑wash stations, and laundry machines.
• Transport dishware and linens throughout the hotel as needed.
• Follow safety procedures, report accidents or unsafe conditions, and uphold uniform and appearance standards.
• Perform physical tasks such as moving, lifting, and carrying objects up to 50 lb and standing for extended periods.

Required profile

• Ability to work safely and follow company policies and procedures.
• Positive attitude toward teamwork and communication with other departments.
• Willingness to perform repetitive physical tasks and stand, walk, or bend for long periods.
• Commitment to maintaining a professional appearance and uniform.
• No specific education or prior experience required.
