Housekeeping Supervisor

About the role

Radisson Hotel Group is looking for a Housekeeping Supervisor to join its team at Park Inn by Radisson Hotel & Apartments in Kuwait. The supervisor leads the housekeeping team, keeps standards of cleanliness high and works closely with the Housekeeping Manager to ensure guest satisfaction and the smooth running of the department.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee the housekeeping team and lead by example, ensuring high standards of cleanliness.
• Work proactively with the Housekeeping Manager to ensure guest satisfaction and the smooth running of the housekeeping department.
• Keep the team motivated and focused on delivering an impeccable guest experience.

Required profile

• Flexibility and a positive, "Yes I Can!" attitude.
• An eye for detail and ability to solve problems creatively.
• Passion for creating extraordinary service and ability to work as part of a team.
• Strong verbal communication skills and a good sense of fun.
• Supervisory experience in a similar position is beneficial.
