HR & Administration Officer

About the role

United Agriculture & Livestock Production Co. (UAPCO) is seeking a motivated and detail‑oriented HR & Administration Officer to support daily HR operations and administrative tasks in Sulaibiya, Kuwait.

Key responsibilities

• Handle daily HR and administrative activities, including employee attendance, leave records, and personnel files.
• Assist with recruitment, onboarding, and preparation of employee documentation.
• Prepare and process monthly payroll, covering salary calculations, overtime, deductions, and allowances.
• Verify attendance and leave data to ensure accurate salary processing.
• Maintain payroll records and generate salary and HR reports.
• Prepare employment letters and other official HR documents.

Required profile

• Previous experience in HR, administration, and payroll processing.
• Good knowledge of payroll calculations, attendance management, overtime, and salary deductions.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other MS Office applications.
• Knowledge of HR procedures and Kuwait Labour Law.
• High attention to detail and ability to maintain confidential records.
• Candidates currently residing in Kuwait are preferred.
