Regional People Experience Specialist

About the role

Boutiqaat is looking for a Regional People Experience Specialist to shape and strengthen how employees experience life at the company, from post-onboarding through long-term engagement and retention. The role suits someone who combines HR expertise with creativity, communication and a strong sense of culture across diverse, multi-country environments.

Key responsibilities

• Design, implement and monitor recognition programs such as Employee of the Month, Employee of the Year, Best Sales Achiever and Best Store, keeping them aligned with company values
• Act as a key contact for employees after joining, spot early retention risks and partner with stakeholders to improve satisfaction and long-term retention
• Drive employer branding and internal communication campaigns that reinforce belonging and pride
• Lead creative welcome campaigns with the Talent Acquisition team and manage internal and external announcements about new hires
• Support learning and development initiatives, including training introductions, session coordination and delivery support
• Support engagement activities with the PR team and design, launch and analyse employee surveys, preparing clear reports for leadership

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field
• Minimum 3 years of HR experience focused on the employee lifecycle
• Experience in large, multi-country, multicultural organisations with significant headcount
• Strong understanding of post-onboarding, engagement, recognition and retention
• Native Arabic speaker with fluent English

• Creative content work, including hands-on use of Canva
• Analytical reporting using HR systems and Microsoft Excel
• Ability to coordinate initiatives across multiple countries
