Human Resources Manager – Full Time

About the role

The company, a leading GCC fashion group, is seeking an experienced Human Resources Manager to lead its HR function in Salmiya, Kuwait. You will be responsible for shaping people strategies that support business growth.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management and exits.
• Develop and implement employee engagement, retention, training and performance development programmes aligned with business objectives.
• Manage compensation and benefits, HR administration, reporting and analytics.
• Partner with senior leadership to shape organisational culture, workforce planning and HR best practices.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of HR management experience, preferably within the GCC.
• Strong knowledge of GCC labour legislation and HR best practices.
• Proven track record in recruitment, employee relations, performance management and HR systems.
• Fluent in English; Arabic speakers are welcome.
