IRATA Trainer – Rope Access Training Specialist

About the role
We are seeking an experienced IRATA Trainer to deliver high‑quality rope access training in Kuwait. The role involves both classroom instruction and hands‑on practical sessions, ensuring trainees meet IRATA certification standards while upholding the highest safety practices.
Key responsibilities
- Plan, prepare and deliver theoretical and practical IRATA rope access courses.
- Assess trainee performance and provide feedback to achieve certification.
- Maintain compliance with IRATA regulations, standards and safe work practices.
- Develop and update training materials, manuals and assessment tools.
- Ensure all training activities are conducted safely and in line with local HSE requirements.
Required profile
- Currently residing in Kuwait.
- Proven experience delivering IRATA rope access training.
- In‑depth knowledge of IRATA standards, regulations and safety procedures.
- Strong communication and assessment abilities.
- Ability to conduct both theoretical and practical sessions effectively.
