Junior Account Manager

About the role

Boutiqaat is building boutique empires with celebrities, from curated product lines to viral campaigns. We are looking for a Junior Account Manager who can balance glamour with grit, manage A‑list relationships and drive revenue‑generating strategies.

Key responsibilities

• Own the relationship with celebrity clients as the primary point of contact and trusted advisor.
• Align celebrity goals with business strategies, ensuring timely product deliveries and smooth communication.
• Select appropriate celebrities for campaigns, track performance and optimise strategy.
• Oversee campaign execution, from marketing coordination to boutique merchandising.
• Manage private‑label stock, exclusives and boutique banners in collaboration with purchasing, creative and warehouse teams.
• Prepare sales reports and lead monthly business reviews with celebrity clients.
• Leverage CRM tools, dashboards and social insights to spot trends and guide strategy.
• Propose bundles, flash sales and tactical moves to boost boutique performance.
• Confirm payout accuracy, deliver cheques and close the loop with finance.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration or equivalent.
• 1–3 years of experience in account management, e‑commerce, influencer marketing or brand partnerships.
• Bilingual fluency in English and Arabic (spoken and written).
• Strong negotiation, reporting and communication abilities.
• Collaborative spirit with the ability to multitask in a fast‑paced environment.
