Junior Accountant – Inventory & Finance

About the role

We are seeking a Junior Accountant to join a leading telecom company in Kuwait City. The role focuses on inventory control, core accounting functions, and financial analysis to support the organization’s operations.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain inventory records and follow established control procedures.
• Process invoices, goods receipt notes (GRN), and vendor payments.
• Manage banking activities, fixed‑asset registers, and accounts payable/receivable.
• Analyze financial data to anticipate provisions and ensure accurate bookkeeping.
• Support month‑end closing and financial reporting.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent; CA Inter or MBA in Finance is a plus.
• 5‑6 years of post‑qualification experience in a manufacturing or telecom environment.
• Strong mathematical and accounting fundamentals.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to multitask.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.

Required skills

• Proficiency with MS Office applications.
• Experience using ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or MS Dynamics.
