Junior Legal & Regulatory Affairs Officer

About the role

The Junior Legal & Regulatory Affairs Officer will support the Legal Department by handling legal and government administrative matters, ensuring compliance with local regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Handle and follow up on legal and government administrative matters.
• Manage and become familiar with PAM (Manpower Authority) systems and procedures.
• Manage and follow up on MOCI (Ministry of Commerce) systems and fees.
• Follow up on licenses, registrations, permits, and renewals.
• Maintain and update legal and corporate documents and records, including a tracker for contracts, licenses, and expiry dates.
• Coordinate with departments on government/legal requirements and prepare weekly/monthly status reports for the Legal Department.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in law or a related field.
• 2–3 years of experience in legal affairs or regulatory compliance.
• Experience handling licenses, permits, renewals and legal documentation.
• Proficiency using Microsoft Office software (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
