Junior Service Delivery Analyst (Extended Term Temporary)

About the role

The World Bank Group is seeking a Junior Service Delivery Analyst on an extended‑term temporary basis to support IT operations in its Kuwait office and across the GCC region. The role blends traditional help‑desk duties with digital‑enablement projects, helping staff use modern reporting and automation tools.

Key responsibilities

• Provide first‑line technical support for end‑users in Kuwait and remotely to Abu Dhabi, Qatar, Oman and backup coverage for Riyadh.
• Design and deliver Power BI dashboards, Power Apps and Power Automate workflows to improve portfolio monitoring, deliverable tracking and budget management for GCC Operations teams.
• Maintain IT asset inventory, ensure security compliance, and assist with network infrastructure monitoring and troubleshooting.
• Coordinate with vendors, internal IT teams and business stakeholders to resolve incidents and implement digital solutions.

Required profile

• Minimum 24 months of relevant IT experience.
• Strong analytical mindset with ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.
• Excellent communication skills in English; Arabic is preferred.
