About the role
Mastercard is seeking a Technology Account Manager to lead small to mid‑sized projects in Kuwait. The role involves managing end‑to‑end delivery, supporting product processes and collaborating with internal and external stakeholders.
Key responsibilities
- Act as project manager and primary resource lead for small to mid‑sized projects.
- Develop delivery process maps and complete assigned delivery tasks.
- Research and deliver solutions for complex problems, responding to product and tool inquiries.
- Analyze project data and report performance against success metrics.
- Support Customer Delivery teams, internal partners and key stakeholders across the market.
Required profile
- Moderate professional experience in financial services, cards, payments or a related field.
- Understanding of Mastercard’s product delivery process.
- Experience working at Mastercard facilities and on customer business locations.
- Residency in Kuwait.
