Brill Creations, an international advertising agency, is looking for a Junior Social Media Executive to join its creative team. The role is ideal for fresh graduates who are eager to learn, work collaboratively, and contribute to client brand growth across social platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Manage daily posting and content scheduling for multiple client accounts.
• Design and launch dynamic social media campaigns tailored to diverse audiences.
• Create compelling copy, graphics, and video assets to boost brand messaging.
• Monitor social channels for trends, news, and conversations, responding promptly to audience interactions.
• Build and nurture online communities by handling comments, messages, and client inquiries.
• Collaborate with the creative team to ensure alignment of social strategies with overall brand vision.
• Analyse campaign performance using analytics tools and generate reports with actionable insights.
• Stay updated on the latest social media trends and recommend innovative approaches.

Required profile

• Fresh graduates are welcome; a strong willingness to work beyond standard office hours.
• Excellent communication skills in English; Arabic is a plus.
• Team‑player attitude with a proactive, creative mindset.
• Organised, detail‑oriented and able to thrive in a fast‑paced environment.

Required skills

• Basic understanding of major social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok).
• Familiarity with social media analytics tools and Meta advertising basics.
• Ability to generate engaging content and monitor online conversations.
