About the role

Brill Creations, an international advertising agency, is looking for a motivated Junior Social Media Executive to join its team. This entry‑level position is open to fresh graduates and offers the chance to manage client accounts, run meta ads, and boost brand awareness across multiple platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, create, and schedule daily content for client social media accounts.
• Design and launch dynamic social media campaigns tailored to diverse audiences.
• Produce engaging copy, graphics, and video assets to reinforce brand messaging.
• Monitor trends, news, and conversations relevant to each client and respond promptly to audience interactions.
• Build and nurture online communities by handling comments, messages, and client inquiries.
• Collaborate with the creative team to ensure alignment of social strategies with visual concepts.
• Analyse campaign performance using analytics tools and generate reports with actionable insights.
• Stay updated on the latest social media best practices and propose innovative approaches.

Required profile

• Fresh graduates are welcome; a collaborative mindset and willingness to work beyond standard office hours are essential.
• Strong command of English; Arabic proficiency is an advantage.
• Excellent communication, creativity, and organizational abilities.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, deadline‑driven environment.
