Landscape Supervisor

About the role

The Landscape Supervisor will oversee the execution and maintenance of landscape projects, ensuring work is carried out according to contract drawings and approved shop drawings. This role involves leading a team of technicians, foremen, and gardeners while coordinating with related services on site.

Key responsibilities

• Interpret contract drawings and site conditions to guide construction activities.
• Implement site works according to approved shop drawings.
• Assist the project manager in preparing and adhering to project budgets.
• Manage overall construction activities in line with contract documents.
• Prepare and submit progress reports for management review.
• Lead and monitor the performance of technicians, foremen, and gardeners.
• Coordinate with related services to resolve site issues.
• Report project issues and complaints to management promptly.

Required profile

• Preferably a degree in Agriculture (a diploma is also acceptable).
• Minimum 5‑6 years of experience as an agriculture engineer on similar projects.
• Competence with contracts and contractual requirements.
• Strong communication, presentation, management and leadership skills.
