Lead Field Service Representative

About the role

As a Lead Field Service Representative you will work hands‑on with customers across diverse industries, ensuring water treatment systems operate efficiently and sustainably. You will act as the technical point of contact, building trusted relationships while delivering expert solutions on‑site.

Key responsibilities

• Solve complex, multi‑disciplinary problems in water treatment applications.
• Maintain and distribute troubleshooting guides and bulletins.
• Prepare detailed reports on problems, solutions, and corrective actions.
• Conduct site surveys, product audits, and sampling for chemical program monitoring.
• Manage inventory of chemical delivery systems and coordinate delivery to customers.
• Lead pre‑trial surveys, field evaluations of new products, and design reviews.
• Assist sales with business proposals and support product start‑ups.
• Mentor service representatives and support quality improvement processes.
• Provide on‑site and remote field service, reporting incidents promptly.

Required profile

• At least two years of post‑secondary education (college or technical school).
• Valid driver’s license with an acceptable motor vehicle record.
• Experience in a technical service role, preferably with water filtration or industrial/mechanical systems.
• Ability to travel within a defined territory and overnight as needed.
