About the role
Saleem Legal Group, a Kuwait law firm, is seeking a Legal Associate to work with partners on client matters from initial consultation through to completion.
Key responsibilities
- Draft and review contracts, legal memoranda, pleadings and correspondence in Arabic and English.
- Conduct legal research on Kuwaiti law and provide clear written advice.
- Represent the firm before Kuwaiti courts and government authorities, managing case files and deadlines.
- Support corporate work such as incorporation, restructuring, shareholder matters, exits and legal due diligence.
- Assist capital markets and financing projects, including share transactions and loan documentation.
Required profile
- Bachelor's degree in Law.
- Practical legal experience in a law firm or in‑house legal department.
- Registered with the Kuwait Lawyers Association or eligible to register.
- Strong legal drafting ability in Arabic and good working English.
- Organised, discreet and able to manage multiple files simultaneously.

- Proficiency in English.
