License Owner / Operator – Kuwait City

About the role

We are seeking a motivated License Owner / Operator to launch and run the Stranger Soccer brand in Kuwait City. This entrepreneurial position combines business ownership with hands‑on management of a community‑focused football platform.

Key responsibilities

• Establish and grow Stranger Soccer operations in Kuwait City.
• Secure and manage partnerships with local football venues.
• Recruit, train and supervise game hosts and part‑time staff.
• Drive player acquisition through creative marketing and community engagement.
• Maintain a high‑quality, consistent game experience.
• Continuously improve and scale operational processes.

Required profile

• Passionate about football with strong local market insight.
• Entrepreneurial mindset and bias for action.
• Proven ability to take ownership and deliver measurable results.
• Experience in operations, events, community building or related fields.
• Strong communication and people‑leadership skills.
