About the role
The Loss Prevention Officer – Shift Leader ensures the safety and security of guests, employees, and assets at Marriott Executive Apartments Kuwait City. This full‑time position combines hands‑on patrol duties with key control, incident response, and team leadership responsibilities.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct key control audits, manage electronic key boxes, and issue/receive master keys, radios, and beepers.
- Patrol all property areas, assist guests with room access, and monitor CCTV and alarm systems.
- Respond to accidents, provide first aid/CPR, and coordinate with EMS when needed.
- Handle emergency situations, defuse disturbances, and escort unwelcome persons.
- Complete incident reports, daily shift summaries, and maintain confidentiality of all documentation.
- Support management in training, motivate team members, and ensure tasks are completed on time.
Required profile
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow security procedures.
- Excellent communication skills and professional appearance.
- Physical ability to stand, walk, or run for extended periods and lift objects up to 50 lb.
- Willingness to work varied shifts, including nights and weekends.
