Loss Prevention Officer - Staff Housing (Female)

About the role
The Loss Prevention Officer will patrol the property, assist guests with room access, and monitor security systems to ensure safety and protect assets.
Key responsibilities
- Patrol all areas of the property and lock entrances when required.
- Monitor CCTV, perimeter alarms, duress alarms, and fire life‑safety systems.
- Respond to accidents, provide first aid/CPR, and contact EMS as needed.
- Defuse disturbances, escort unwelcome persons, and handle interruptions or complaints.
- Complete incident reports, shift summaries, and maintain confidentiality of all security documents.
- Conduct investigations, gather evidence, and interview relevant parties.
Required profile
- High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
- No prior related work or supervisory experience required.
Required skills
- Ability to monitor Closed Circuit Television (CCTV) systems.
- Basic knowledge of fire life‑safety and alarm systems.
