LPN Nurse – Award-Winning Senior Care Team

About the role

Join an award‑winning senior care and rehabilitation center as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN). You will provide specialized nursing care across multiple clinical areas while working within a collaborative interdisciplinary team.

Key responsibilities

• Assess patient needs and implement individualized care plans.
• Perform wound care, irrigations, IV therapy, tube feedings, chest tube management, and peritoneal dialysis.
• Administer medications as prescribed and educate patients and families on treatment changes.
• Promote a positive, healing environment through excellent customer service.
• Supervise and mentor CNA staff, assigning tasks and providing training.

Required profile

• Current LPN license in Michigan and current CPR certification.
• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in nursing or related field.
• Strong analytical abilities to develop personalized care plans.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
