About the role

The Physical Therapist I works autonomously within the BTC Saddlecreek department, providing care to a complex patient population. The role offers a standard Monday‑Friday, 8 am‑5 pm schedule with some flexibility.

Key responsibilities

Deliver therapeutic services appropriate to patient ages and conditions.
Maintain accountability for patient outcomes and departmental growth.

Required profile

Valid Arkansas State Board of Physical Therapy license.
BS, MS, or DPT in Physical Therapy.
CPR certification (can be obtained after hire).

Required skills

Proficiency in providing physical therapy care across diverse patient ages.
Ability to work with autonomy and accountability.
