Maintenance Supervisor

About the role

The Maintenance Supervisor will oversee preventive and reactive maintenance activities across multiple stores, ensuring compliance with AMC contracts, SLAs and KPI targets. The role acts as the primary point of contact for operations, supply chain, finance and mall management, driving efficient facility performance and sustainability initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor AMC obligations, schedule and complete preventive maintenance (PPM) tasks.
• Manage reactive maintenance calls, obtain vendor quotes within three days, and ensure timely LPO job completion.
• Conduct quarterly store visits, bi‑annual condition audits and annual detailed facility audits.
• Maintain an accurate asset register for all equipment under AMC contracts.
• Lead capex planning, RFP preparation, execution and Opex budgeting while minimizing external vendor reliance.
• Drive energy and sustainability projects such as IoT solutions, digital thermostats, water/gas monitoring and solar panel installations.
• Supervise a team of technicians and external vendors, arrange training, and handle shift and priority planning.
• Foster strong customer and stakeholder relationships, providing responsive support during restaurant operating hours.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience in facilities, maintenance, MEP or HVAC operations.
• BSc in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering preferred.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management and decision‑making skills.
• Fluent in English and Arabic.
