Marketing Campaign Operations

About the role

We are looking for a Marketing Campaign Operations professional to lead and execute our marketing initiatives in Kuwait. You will drive seasonal, category‑focused and co‑marketing campaigns, ensuring they align with business goals and resonate with local consumers.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the planning and execution of marketing campaigns in Kuwait, including seasonal (Ramadan, Eid) and category‑focused initiatives.
• Develop campaign strategies, mechanics, discount structures, merchant subsidies, in‑app resource allocation and CRM/push‑notification plans.
• Manage end‑to‑end campaign delivery from concept through launch, performance evaluation and post‑campaign analysis.
• Coordinate with Design, Product, Operations, Business Development and Data teams to ensure seamless execution.
• Partner with key merchant brands to create joint marketing initiatives that boost order growth and brand visibility.
• Design tailored marketing strategies for different merchant segments and identify high‑potential categories based on local dining trends.
• Develop and implement user acquisition, activation, retention and re‑engagement strategies across the customer lifecycle.
• Leverage AI tools such as ChatGPT and Copilot to automate routine tasks, accelerate analysis and improve operational efficiency.
