Marketing Executive

About the role

A creative, hands-on Marketing Executive is sought to lead content creation, manage marketing campaigns and support sales growth across stores, the e-commerce platform and B2B channels.

Key responsibilities

• Own the monthly content calendar and create Reels, videos, product photography, Stories and promotional content, including organizing shoots and visiting stores for product demos and new arrivals.
• Manage campaigns from planning and creative development through launch, monitoring and reporting, including paid ads, audience targeting, budget allocation and optimization.
• Maintain Shopify banners and product content, coordinate offers with inventory and operations, and improve online conversion and average order value.
• Support abandoned-cart recovery, email marketing, WhatsApp campaigns and loyalty initiatives, and coordinate promotions for marketplace partners.
• Work with store teams on visual merchandising and in-store events, prepare briefs for them, develop B2B opportunities and monitor competitors and beauty trends.
• Manage marketing budgets and submit weekly and monthly performance reports.

Required profile

• Relevant experience in content creation, digital marketing, social media and e-commerce.
• Ability to manage multiple brands, campaigns and deadlines; proactive, detail-oriented and focused on sales results.
• Beauty or retail experience and Arabic-English content skills are preferred.
