Marketing Manager – Fashion & Retail

About the role

We are seeking a creative and commercially driven Marketing Manager to lead our fashion and retail brand in Kuwait. The role focuses on building brand awareness, driving customer engagement, and supporting business growth through innovative campaigns.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute marketing strategies aligned with brand objectives and business goals.
• Plan and deliver campaigns, promotions, product launches and seasonal activities.
• Lead social media, digital marketing, content creation and influencer collaborations.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities.
• Collaborate with sales and retail teams to support revenue growth and enhance customer experience.

Required profile

• University degree, preferably a Bachelor’s in Marketing.
• 5–7 years of relevant marketing experience, including 2–3 years in a managerial role, preferably in fashion or retail.
• Strong understanding of the Kuwaiti market and local consumer preferences.
• Bilingual with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Kuwaiti nationals or Arab candidates born and raised in Kuwait are encouraged to apply.
