Marketing Specialist – Construction Services

About the role

Rikaz Development Holding is seeking a dynamic Marketing Specialist to promote its contracting and construction services. You will work closely with cross‑functional teams to enhance brand visibility and support business growth in Kuwait.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute marketing campaigns for construction and contracting services.
• Create, edit, and manage marketing content across digital and print channels.
• Coordinate social media activities and engage with target audiences.
• Collaborate with designers, photographers, and external agencies to produce promotional materials.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients, consultants, engineering offices, and developers.
• Support lead generation and follow‑up to convert prospects into projects.

Required profile

• Relevant experience in marketing, sales, or public relations.
• Preferable background in contracting, construction, real estate, design, or fit‑out sectors.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple campaigns and meet deadlines.
